Outstanding service. They drop off your dog food at regular intervals and are always spot on with deliveries and so easy to deal with. Owner is always involved. Highly recommended.

Staff are super helpful! Also have free delivery which was convenient for moving house. They deliver to Ultimo/Glebe. Had everything needed for studio apartment life: dog toilet grass patches, soft fluffy beds, water fountains, food, the works!

Great supply of beds, foods, treatments and treats. Additionally, wonderful advice based on the particular needs of the pet. I couldn't be happier with this store. It looks small from the outside but is big inside. It's much better than the big chain pet shops.

This is my favourite pet store in Sydney. Simon and Lawrence are great at their job and actually love what they do. The knowledge they have on common pet issues can aid in avoiding having to pay a vet to tell you whats logical and you may already know.

Went in looking for a specific brand of cat collar for one of my fussy cats and their range was so good I ended up buying one for each of my cats and some toys for my bunny. Small animal range is limited but very good prices. Staff were lovely and helpful.
